Running Class
Love running but struggle with consistency? Then this is the class for you!
Our running classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced runners. You can go at your own pace and be coached by head coach Caroline who has completed an Iron Man as well as multiple marathons.
The classes start from Patterson Lakes Primary School and head out on a new route each week to help keep the runs interesting to build your consistency. We ensure the runs are always well lit which is especially helpful in winter for those who don’t love running in the dark by themselves.
We set turn around points so that everyone knows the route and goes at their own pace but we stay together as a group. If you are new to running or don’t want to run the entire route you can walk at the back with the trainer.
You are also very welcome to bring your dog along if you want too!
