Can I Bring My Kids To Training?

Yes, you can! At no extra cost!

Hey, I'm Caroline, I run Complete Group Fitness and am a mum of 3.

I know trying to stay fit whilst looking after children feels impossible. I have designed all of my classes so you can bring your children along.

Our training sessions take place on an oval or in a park, away from main roads and with plenty of space for them to run around close to us. We do our best to occupy the children whilst you are working out. Most members bring some toys or other form of entertainment for the kids to help keep them busy.

We don’t charge extra to bring your children along as we know how hard it is to create time for yourself to exercise!

Occasionally, there are multiple children at sessions which helps them to build friendships and allows you to focus on getting the most out of every training session.
